ACME was recognized by her customers for delivery of high quality and effective smart and value creation Human Capital Training & Development and Organizational Change solutions to the corporate sectors in the region.

ACME has documented a Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with the International Standard of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems – Requirements; to reaffirm its reputation and commitment to its customers.

This Quality Management System Manual (ACME-QMSM-01) provides comprehensive evidence to all shareholders, partners, customers, external providers and employees of ACME that her products and service quality, continue to meet the highest standards demanded by her customers; and also to ensure that her business processes and services are carried out in a manner that is responsible and committed with integrity.

ACME was founded by Datuk John Lau based on the philosophy of providing exclusive services training to the customers at an affordable cost. ACME was established in April 1998 with a mission to provide smart and value creation Human Capital Training and Development and Organizational Change solutions to the growing, expanding corporate sectors in the region. She represents an engine of growth in the regional economic transformation. As your effective partner in Human Capital and Organization Change, ACME provides consultancy services to its corporate customers besides the best alternative of in-house training and public seminars.

ACME is a registered Class A training provider with the Malaysian Human Resource Development Board (PSMB). ACME has 8 approved SBL-KHAS programs. She also has SMETAP and PROLUS agreement with PSMB.

The Chief Executive has established the Quality policy that we committed to comply to our valued customers’ requirements in practicing our professional training, coaching and consulting services with the highest quality standard. We delight our customers with continuing improving the effective professional services in line with the Quality Management System. The Quality policy also provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.

The Quality policy is communicated to the employees of ACME as part of the training programs were displayed at strategic locations within the offices to ensure that all levels of employees are aware and understood.

The Quality Management System policy will be reviewed on a periodic basis during management review meetings to ensure its appropriateness, effective and continuing suitability to ACME.

The Chief Executive has ensured that the quality objectives are established at relevant divisions, departments and functions by the respective heads within ACME. The quality objectives are measurable and consistent with the Quality policy.
